It helps us to concentrate and relieves nervous tensions by its familiar, calming and soothing action. Cedarwood is a very valuable essential oil used in yoga and meditation. It is also one of the best base notes for composing your own blends. NATURALES delivers Cedarwood of finest quality, this essential oil comes from the great forests of Canada. It has a specific woody spectrum of fragrance that recalls soothing scent of pine forest.
USES
SKIN / BODY
For reviving body oil dilute 1 ml. of Cedarwood into 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil.
SHOWER / STEAM / SAUNA
Drip 6 - 8 drops on a base of shower zone, pour hot water.
For sauna purposes use add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 50 ml. water, pour over hot stones.

BATH
Dilute 2 ml. of Cedarwood essential oil into 10 ml. neutral organic base oil. Pour it into running water for better distribution of scent molecules in bath water.
DIFFUSER
Adding 6-8 drops of Cedarwood to diffuser, ambience will last for 2-3 hours in a room of 30 square meters.
BLENDS WELL WITH
Patchuoli, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Siberian Fir, Orange.
