A nod to the Moroccan city of Tangier – this citrus extract has a pleasant yet calming scent of a ripe, almost rotten desert orange. Mandarin is a piquant, optimistic and warm essential oil. It has an intense, almost floral citrus aroma reminiscent of orange marmalade. The deep red color makes it particularly suitable for use in saunas and interior fragrance.

This essential oil should never be applied directly to the skin undiluted. Mandarin provides a very pleasant, Extremely fragrant and quickly evaporating natural citrus scent. Its rejuvenating and stimulating effect is therapeutic, especially in the dark and cold winters of Europe.

Suitable for creating a sunny atmosphere in interiors, saunas, spas and yoga/fitness studios. Mandarin is said to have an almost hypnotic effect, helping to soften emotions and reduce stress.

SKIN / BODY

For a rejuvenating body oil, dilute 0.3 ml of mandarin essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Be careful – tangerine oil can be photosensitizing. Avoid direct sunlight after application and never use the oil undiluted on the skin.

SHOWER / STEAM

Drip 4-6 drops at the bottom of the shower stall and pour hot water.

BATH

Dilute 0.5 ml of mandarin essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Shake well and pour into running water for better distribution of the scent in the bathwater.

DIFFUSER

Add 4-7 drops of mandarin essential oil to the diffuser. The fragrance experience lasts for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
