AREAS OF USE
SKIN / BODY
For uplifting body oil, dilute 1 ml. Grapefruit essential oil in 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil.
Do not expose to direct sunlight and never apply to skin undiluted.
SHOWER / STEAM
Drip 6-8 drops at the bottom of the shower stall, pour warm water.
BOTH
Dilute 2 ml. Grapefruit essential oil in 10 ml. neutral organic base oil.
Shake it well and pour into running water for better distribution of the scent in the bathwater.
DIFFUSER
By adding 4-7 drops of Grapefruit essential oil to the diffuser, the fragrant atmosphere will last for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
