The word "Bergamotta" takes its name from Bergamo, a small town in Italy where the tree was originally cultivated. Bergamot is the most delicate of all citrus plants, requiring a special climate and soil. Bergamot fruits, when mature, produce a very delicate, elegant green and richly floral essential oil.

Often used in aromatherapy for its uplifting properties, it can be a first choice for depressive states. Its calming yet uplifting nature is excellent for anxiety and nervous tension.

It seems to work well on anger and frustration, probably by reducing the effects of sympathetic nervous tension. It is a must for the interior diffuser. NATURALES supplies high quality organic bergamot essential oil.

USE

SKIN / BODY
For rejuvenating body oil, dilute 0.5 ml. Bergamot essential oil in 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil.
Be careful, bergamot oil can be photosynthetic. Do not expose to direct sunlight and never apply to skin undiluted.

SHOWER / STEAM
Drip 4–6 drops at the bottom of the shower stall, pour warm water.

BOTH
Dilute 1 ml. Bergamot essential oil in 10 ml. neutral organic base oil. Shake well and pour into running water for better distribution of the scent in the bath water.

DIFFUSER
By adding 6-8 drops of Bergamot to the diffuser, the fragrant atmosphere will last for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
