"Thymos" means "perfume" in Greek. This small aromatic herb has been used since ancient times for its excellent antiseptic and cold-relieving properties. Thyme is known to lift the mood, fight fatigue and relieve stress. It is very beneficial for the immune system, as it helps fight disease, stimulates blood circulation and has an expectorant effect when dealing with colds.

Thyme is a delicate herbal note with a scent reminiscent of nectar, forests and wild meadows. Suitable for saunas, as a room fragrance and for inhalations.

SKIN / BODY

For a rejuvenating body oil, dilute 1 ml of thyme essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Thyme essential oil should be used with caution.

Drip 4-6 drops at the bottom of the shower stall and pour hot water.

BATH

Dilute 1 ml of thyme essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Pour into running water for better distribution of the scent in the bathwater.

INHALATION

Add 1-2 drops of thyme essential oil to a bowl of at least 2 liters of boiling water. Mix in 2 tablespoons of sea salt. Cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply.

DIFFUSER

Add 6-8 drops of thyme essential oil to a diffuser. The fragrance experience lasts for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
