SKIN / BODY
Very useful oil for accelerating the healing processes of cracked skin, popular additive to skin balms for treating burns, wounds and ulcers.
Myrrh oil has a long history of treating many skin conditions, including acne, athlete's foot, and eczema. An aromatherapy massage with myrrh oil can help relieve painful periods, PMS, and other abdominal imbalances. For rejuvenating body oil, dilute 1 ml. of Myrrha oil in 10 ml. of neutral organic carrier oil (organic almond, jojoba, or sesame).

SHOWER / STEAM
Drip 5-7 drops at the bottom of the shower stall, pour warm water over.

BATH
Dilute 1 ml of Myrrha essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil.
Pour into running water for better distribution of fragrance in bath water.

DIFFUSER
If you add 4 - 6 drops of Myrrha to the diffuser, the fragrant atmosphere will last for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
