SKIN / BODY
Very useful oil to speed up the healing processes of cracked skin, popular additive to skin balms for treating burns, sores and wounds.
Myrrh oil has a long history of treating many skin eruptions including acne, athlete's foot and eczema. An aromatheraphy massage with Myrrh oil can help relieve painful periods of PMS and other abdominal imbalances. For rejuvenating body oil dilute 1 ml. of Myrrh oil into 10 ml. of neutral organic base oil (Organic Almond, Jojoba or Sesame).

SHOWER / STEAM
Drip 5-7 drops on a base of shower cabin, pouring hot water over.

BATH
Dilute 1 ml. of Myrrh essential oil into 10 ml. neutral organic base oil.
Pour into running water for better distribution of scent in bath water.

DIFFUSER
Adding 4 - 6 drops of Myrrha to diffuser, fragrant ambience will last for 2-3 hours in a room of 30 square meters.
