Geranium is a tonic for the nervous system, and works against anxiety and depression and lifts the mood. NATURALES grows geranium in Oslo's winter garden and distills it for universal use as hydrolates. It is especially valuable in winter, when scent is otherwise quite absent in nature.

The geranium scent is valued for its regenerating and regulating function on the hormonal system, and is useful for premenstrual tension and problems during menopause. The oil has a cooling and balancing effect on the skin. Used with caution, Geranium supports mental clarity by enhancing feelings of well-being.

SKIN / BODY

For rejuvenating body oil, dilute 1 ml of geranium in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Geranium essential oil should be used with caution.

SHOWER / STEAM

4 - 6 drops at the bottom of the shower stall, pour warm water.

BATH

Dilute 1 ml of geranium essential oil in 10 ml of neutral organic base oil. Pour into running water to better distribute the scent in the bathwater.

INHALATION

Add 1-2 drops of geranium essential oil to a bowl of at least 2 liters of warm water. Mix in 2 tablespoons of sea salt. Cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply.

DIFFUSER

Add 6-8 drops of geranium essential oil to the diffuser. Fragrant atmosphere lasts for 2-3 hours in a 30 square meter room.
